The Service provides an online visual pattern recognition test for entertainment and educational purposes. It is not a clinical, diagnostic, or psychometric assessment tool. Results should not be interpreted as a professional evaluation of intelligence or cognitive ability.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Paid Products

Certain features, such as detailed reports, may be available for purchase in the future. When available, purchases will be processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you would agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms.

Prices will be displayed in US dollars and are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect orders already completed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including test questions, scoring algorithms, visual designs, and text — is the property of Matrix Reasoning Test and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the test question generation algorithms
• Redistribute or publicly share test questions or answers
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Misrepresent your results as a clinical or professional assessment

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
