Digital Products

When available, purchases on Matrix Reasoning Test will be for digital products (detailed reports) delivered instantly after payment. Because digital content is accessible immediately upon purchase, we generally will not offer refunds once the report has been viewed.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

• You were charged but did not receive access to your report due to a technical error
• You were charged multiple times for the same report
• The report content is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase through our contact page. Include the email address used for payment and a brief description of the issue.

Refunds are processed via Stripe and will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
